Thanks to the North American Technician Excellance prgram, or NATE for short, there is now a way that you can check your contractor to see if they employ NATE certified technicians. Using a contractor that employs NATE technicians provides you with the peace of mind that your system will be installed or serviced properly. NATE Technicians are specialized individuals who have passed a series of NATE Certification exams in various specialties.
