Trane and Rheem both offer a robust line of furnaces, from single stage, two stage, two stage variable and modulating with efficiencies up to 96%. We also carry a full line of Weil Mclain & Peerless Boilers. Both offer several options in hot water and both have a full sizing of steam boilers to fit your individual requirments.

The Trane XCM95 is the only truely modulating gas furnace on the market today. The furnace modulates in 1% increments from 40% of capacity to 100% of capacity. This represents the ultimate in indoor comfort during the winter months. The furnace is a communicating furnace which when installed with the 900 series thermostat by Trane, your furnace will "talk" to you if there is a problem!

As with the Trane system, Rheems modulating furnace will communicate with the thermostat as well as the air conditioning system!
